Katie Wojcicki (Wilson)

Katie has been coaching both men and women around the world since 2008 when she co-founded Team Wilson Bodybuilding, she is also the admin and COO of the Raw Intensity Training App. She has a wide-ranging resume that includes stay-at-home parents, obese populations, pro athletes, and FBI special agents. She has experience with all levels of fitness and special circumstances.
Katie takes on a science-based, holistic approach curated to a client’s experience level, goals, lifestyle, and long-term health. She works closely with each client to set a goal that is achievable with realistic timelines. She is a high-level coach that is willing to meet clients where they are currently at in the fitness process, and work them along to levels they never believed possible.
With 17 years of coaching, Katie's skillset as a coach is at the top of the industry and her passion for the process of both mental and physical self improvement is what drives her forward.

WEEKLY CHECK IN'S
All clients regardless of goal or experience level check in at once minimum weekly. This check in will review not just simply your weight but a dozen other vital data points including adherence, mental health, gym performance, as well as outside factors like sleep, stress and overall health.
In addition you'll have access to your coach throughout the week as much as needed as questions arise.

PERSONALIZED NUTRITION PROGRAMMING
Depending on your goal and experience level this may range from as simple as calorie goals, to a full macro and nutrient timing plan. With most clients thriving on a daily protein and calorie goal.
You'll also receive ongoing feedback and support on choosing a menu which best marries your health and long term goals alongside family events, date nights and travel. This is a plan intended NOT just to get you to your goal, but create an approach you can sustain long after that goal is reached.

TRAINING PROGRAMMING
With a primary focus on resistance and weight training, your programming will be selected and individualized based on your experience level, injuries, schedule and goals.
This may vary from a basic 3-4 day upper and lower body plan, to a powerlifting or hypertrophy focused 5-6 day plan. Each plan will be centered around creating a resilient, sound and strong body and mind that both meets your goals while not sacrificing precious time away from family or other obligations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IS THERE A CONTRACT?
No, most clients opt to go month to month, however you do also have the option to pay in 3 month increments for a discounted rate.
HOW MUCH IS COACHING?
This will depend on the individual, your goals, programming needs, and if you opt for 1 month or 3 month payments. Rates vary from $150-$300USD/mo. I do make considerations for single parents, returning clients, and those for whom the exchange rate increases cost.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
All programming is all inclusive. This way all programming is cohesive and works in symphony to support your progress.
WILL YOU PREP ME?
While my main focus is gen pop and offseason, I do on occasion take on prep clients. If you're looking for prep please fill out the application on our Team Wilson website and request me as your coach.
HOW OFTEN CAN I TALK TO MY COACH?
As often as YOU need. The required minimum is weekly, but most newer clients are reaching out several times per week. I keep a small roster of clients so that I can be as available as possible. Reach out as often as is needed no matter how small your question.
IS THIS GROUP OR APP COACHING?
Every plan is completely individualized and at your own pace. You will never interact with AI or someone pretending to be me. No two clients are on the same diet and training plans as everyone's needs vary. No additional fees or purchases will ever be expected on top of your flat monthly coaching rate.
